Thank you for reaching out us and choosing Baruna Voyage. Please take your time carefully to read the following terms & conditions. With your confirmed booking, automatically you agree with these conditions.

Reservation

Reservations can be made through the Baruna Voyage website, email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Prices listed in the package offer may change at any time before the tour is confirmed.
For open trips, the schedule and group size will be adjusted.
We reserve the right to refuse a package reservation if the customer does not meet the requirements.

Payment

Payments can be made through bank transfer or cash at our office.
A 50% deposit for the tour must be paid within 3 days of confirmation.
Please send us proof of payment if you make a bank transfer.
Full payment must be made 7 days before the trip starts.
If payment is not made after the due date, Baruna Voyage reserves the right to cancel the package reservation.

Change and Cancellation of Reservations

Changes and cancellations of package reservations must be made in writing to Baruna Voyage.
A unilateral cancellation by the customer after making a deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation after full payment:
- A 50% refund of the tour fee will be given if the cancellation is made 14 days before the trip starts.
- No refund of the tour fee will be given if the cancellation is made 7 days before the trip starts.
- There will be some destinations and tourist activities that cannot be canceled once booked. The admin and reservation team of Baruna Voyage will inform you of the destinations and activities that are included before confirmation.

Force Majeure

Baruna Voyage may cancel the trip due to Force Majeure (such as natural disasters, disease outbreaks, etc.) or unavoidable human actions (such as war, violence, strikes, etc.). If this happens, Baruna Voyage will notify you as soon as possible.
Baruna Voyage has the right to replace the ship if the previously ordered ship is damaged. In this case, Baruna Voyage is committed to maintaining the comfort of each participant with a higher class of ship or at least meeting the same standards (and price) as the ship where the initial booking was made.
